We are seeking two highly motivated Clinical Team Leaders to join our forward-thinking Health & Justice team in the Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster ReFocus Team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity allows you to work in partnership with other teams and provider agencies to refer service users who need long-term support. You will be responsible for supervising staff, developing and maintaining close professional relationships with GPs, Community Mental Health Hubs, Specialist Community Forensic Services, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide brief clinical and social care interventions for service users.
- Supervise staff and manage their caseloads.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with external partners.
- Organise and investigate Safeguarding alerts.
- Assist the team in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor electronic data.

Requirements- You must have significant post-qualifying experience at Band 6 level.
- Working with people with severe and enduring mental health problems in the community is essential.
- Practical experience of providing high-quality care and exceeding expectations is necessary.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Community Mental Health Services.
- Experience of caseload management and throughput is required.
- Sound understanding of the local care pathway and interface with other local teams is essential.
- Experience of providing supervision is necessary.
