About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Team Leader, supervising nurses and support workers, ensuring effective allocation of care duties, and coordinating patient programs of care. You will also be responsible for monitoring staff rotas, identifying shortfalls, and contributing to the efficient running of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) qualification with a current Pin Number.
  • Experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices.
