Clinical Team Leader in Occupational Therapy Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical team leader in occupational therapy services to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience in assessing and treating individuals with complex needs.

As a clinical team leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services, leading a team of occupational therapists, and contributing to the development of effective treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of occupational therapists in a low-secure environment
  • Provide specialist assessment and intervention services to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the needs of service users
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services

Requirements:

  • Current HPC registration
  • Previous experience in relevant health settings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
