Job Overview

Tripod Partners is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead to join our team in Surrey. As a clinical leader, you will play a crucial role in providing cross-cover for the PT Lead as needed, managing complex cases, and supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate care for patients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement discharge plans tailored to individual patient requirements
  • Oversee the provision of assistive technology (AV/HV) and ensure equipment assessments are conducted efficiently
  • Supervise and mentor junior occupational therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Share leadership responsibilities on clinical best practices and examples
  • Provide operational leadership to the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Evaluate and assess patients' need for equipment and facilitate its provision
  • Maintain high standards of moving and handling patient care, considering orthopedic, medical, and community-specific requirements
  • Hold a valid car driver's license
