Therapy Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Therapy Team Leader to join our Eden Brown Synergy team. As a Therapy Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a designated caseload and leading the occupational therapy team.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for managing a designated caseload of occupational therapy clients.
- You will lead the occupational therapy team and provide clinical leadership and supervision.
- You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our team. The salary for this role is up to £46,000 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £3,600. You will also receive 33 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays, free meals and parking, wellbeing support, and a range of other benefits.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage a designated caseload of occupational therapy clients.
- Lead the occupational therapy team and provide clinical leadership and supervision.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Occupational Therapy profession qualification.
- UK HCPC Registration.
- Extensive experience in occupational therapy with children and young people who have complex needs.
- Demonstrated evidence of highly effective clinical reasoning skills.
