Transformational MSL Team Leader for Multiple Sclerosis Therapy

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Team Leader to join our team at Lifelancer, a leading talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma and IT. As an MSL Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a group of highly skilled MSLs in the field of Multiple Sclerosis.
About the Role:
As the MSL Team Leader, you will ensure that the teams activities are aligned with our broader medical strategy while continuing to engage directly with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the field of Multiple Sclerosis. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team dedicated to the success of a therapy that has the potential to transform the standard of care in Multiple Sclerosis.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of MSLs, providing direction, support, and professional development.
- Coordinate national and international medical activities, including advisory boards, congresses, and symposia focused on Multiple Sclerosis.
- Serve as the expert in Multiple Sclerosis, ensuring consistent and accurate scientific communication.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders in the MS field.
- Gather and disseminate key insights from the field to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Engage in scientific discussions, delivering complex clinical data in a clear and impactful way.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and share key insights from the field.
About You:
- You hold an Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) in life sciences.
- You have 5+ years of experience as an MSL, ideally 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in neurology or MS.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Multiple Sclerosis and the medical landscape.
- You have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- You have excellent strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
