About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Medical Affairs Manager to lead our Oncology & Neurology MSL Teams at Only Medics.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a medical affairs professional to take their career to the next level and work with an industry leader in Central London / West End.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage 5+ years' experience in Medical Affairs to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth in multiple therapy areas.
  • Coach and develop high-performing MSL teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Bonus: Experience in Haematology/Oncology/Neurology therapy areas will be highly valued.

This hybrid position will require approximately 50% field-based activities, providing an excellent balance between office and on-field work.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary package of £85,000+, complemented by an impressive benefits package including a car allowance, bonus, private healthcare, pension scheme, and more.
