Job Summary:
As a Therapy Team Leader in Hand Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in leading our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. With a strong background in hand therapy, you will mentor and support staff, develop new programs, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of experienced therapists in delivering evidence-based hand rehabilitation services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical programs, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Hand Rehabilitation team in delivering evidence-based care to patients with hand injuries and conditions.
- Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior staff to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Graduate qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring staff in a clinical setting.
