As a Talent Management Specialist for Europe Field Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our critical sales channel. This role will partner with Field Sales leadership to develop people strategies that support business goals, leveraging your expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.


Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of people programs and processes across the organization.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders on people-related issues, including employee relations, talent development, and change management.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles, at the right time.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management, and bring new ideas to the organization.

Your Profile:


  • 8+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner, ideally in a Field Sales or other commercial organizations.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development best practices.
  • Excellent project management, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
