Job Title: Customer Service Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team at LGC Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via various channels.
- Process customer orders and ensure seamless order coordination across channels and sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and manage Service Cloud Cases.
- Run end-of-day check reports and maintain agreed delivery dates in the system.
- Fluently communicate in French, both written and spoken.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in French.
