Job Title: Customer Service Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team at LGC Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Process customer orders and ensure seamless order coordination across channels and sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and manage Service Cloud Cases.
  • Run end-of-day check reports and maintain agreed delivery dates in the system.
  • Fluently communicate in French, both written and spoken.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in French.
