Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Bolton Community Leisure Trust.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and information regarding our facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer information and service with regards to the facility and its offerings
- Deal with customer queries face-to-face, via email, and over the telephone
- Assist other members of staff as required
- Facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience of dealing face-to-face with customers in a busy environment
- Good communication and customer care skills
- Maturity and calmness to work under pressure
- Ability to handle cash and maintain customer records
- Good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems
