Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Bolton Community Leisure Trust.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and information regarding our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer information and service with regards to the facility and its offerings
  • Deal with customer queries face-to-face, via email, and over the telephone
  • Assist other members of staff as required
  • Facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of dealing face-to-face with customers in a busy environment
  • Good communication and customer care skills
  • Maturity and calmness to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain customer records
  • Good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems
