Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Early Intervention Community Teams. As a Senior Practitioner, you will work across busy Multi-Disciplinary Teams to facilitate social work practices. Your focus will be to support and coach Social Care workers to be the best in class, with a clear focus on culture change, to improve performance, quality of practice, and deliver improved outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in social work or a related field
  • Ability to empower team members through coaching, mentoring, and training programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A competitive salary of £41,511-£49,764 (Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation)
