We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Day Service team at iBC Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with complex needs, disabilities, and mental health conditions.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our care team to provide person-centered support, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Your duties will include medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork, as well as providing emotional and practical support.
  • You will be responsible for building robust relationships with the people in our care, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.
  • You will also empower individuals to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.

About You:

  • We are looking for an individual with experience within the care industry, preferably supporting people with Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care needs, and Challenging Behaviours.
  • You must possess a Full UK Manual Driving Licence and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, compassion, and empathy are essential qualities for this role.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes staff development and progression.
