About the Role

The Adult Lead Worker service is a pioneering initiative targeting adults aged 18 and above who face homelessness and related challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tailored support plans for each client.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor outcomes through our CRM database system.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with community organizations.

Requirements and Qualifications
