Role Description

This role requires a skilled and experienced Adult Services Practitioner to work with vulnerable adults in Birmingham, England. As a key member of our team, you will conduct assessments, reviews, and provide support under the 3 conversation model.

Main Tasks
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reviews under the 3 conversation model
  • Manage backlog work efficiently
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree or equivalent in Social Work
  • Current registration with Social Work England
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker
