About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at Mountain Warehouse Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that all customers have an excellent shopping experience.
  • Leading and developing your team to meet and exceed sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
