Counselling Programme Manager

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for completing and overseeing clinical counselling assessments and referrals, providing administrative support, and ensuring duty management is in place. You will also guide others in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and onward referrals.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in counselling or psychotherapy, who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing clients' risk to self and others, as well as making onward referrals to secondary care services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team at WhereToTalk, with an estimated salary of £38,000-£50,000 per annum based on location and experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme and generous annual leave.
