Quality Assurance Expert in Counselling

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Expert in Counselling to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to Pearson education centres and tutors on programme and assessment design and delivery, ensuring compliance with our quality assurance expectations.

In this role, you will contribute to the enhancement of delivery quality through external examiner sampling and visit activities. You will also ensure that centres meet our quality assurance expectations for RQF BTEC Higher National programmes. The salary for this role is estimated at £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Quality Assurance Expert in Counselling, you will work closely with our centres and tutors to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programmes. You will also be responsible for making internal verification decisions for units from the Higher Nationals to affirm national standards have been achieved and upheld.
