We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team in the Specialist Mental Health Service. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological assessments, interventions, and treatments to our patients.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions to patients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct research and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and treatments
- Supervise and support junior staff members in their professional development
- Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology or its approved equivalent
- Experience of working with patients with complex mental health needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
