About the Role

Candidates are expected to read all job details carefully. As a Senior Care Practitioner at Barchester care homes, you will be responsible for delivering quality, person-centred care and support to residents. Your role will involve supervising a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.

About You

To join us as a Senior Care Practitioner, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We require candidates with knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals who can provide individualised care and support to residents.
