About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 8-18 with varying levels of social/emotional/mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the young people in our care feel safe and supported at all times
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the young people, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the creation of a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of the young people
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £11.92 per hour, equating to a base salary of £24,173
  • 224 hours of annual leave, providing you with plenty of time to relax and recharge
  • Bonuses: up to 10 sleep ins per month paid at £30 per sleep, totaling approximately £3,600 per year
