As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our residents, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

You will work closely with our experienced and supportive team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support and care to residents
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Supporting residents to develop life skills and independence
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver person-centered care plans

  • Rate of Pay: £11.92 - £12.54 with a £30.00 additional sleep in rate
