At Barchester Healthcare, we strive to deliver quality care and support to our residents. As a Night Senior Carer, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care.
Job Description:
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure that our residents' different needs are met, enabling us to deliver person-centred care.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
