Job Title: Automotive Sales Director

Magna Foodservice Limited is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Director to lead sales initiatives, manage and expand customer relationships across diverse sectors including QSRs, cafes, and retail outlets. A key aspect of the role involves analysing potential clients' menus to tailor product offerings effectively. This position may also involve training and overseeing a sales team, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and optimising sales strategies to meet the company's goals and client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and market trends with proven skills of analysing and strategizing based on data. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the capability to train and mentor a sales team. Additionally, a clean driving license is required for reliable transportation for customer visits and territory management. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and excellent organisational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are expected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales initiatives and manage customer relationships
  • Analyse clients' menus to tailor product offerings
  • Train and oversee a sales team
  • Ensure comprehensive market coverage and optimise sales strategies

Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years' experience in sales and management in the Food industry
  • Degree in business or a related field desired
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically NetSuite Oracle
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
