Fleet Sales Manager (LCV)

The Fleet Sales Manager (LCV) is a key role within our organisation, responsible for driving profitable sales and increasing market share through effective fleet customer prospecting, sales, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with fleet customers from the corporate, rental, leasing, and other sectors to ensure smooth operation of sales and supply, always satisfying customer needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for fleet sales, including goal setting, market positioning, pricing strategies, and selection of sales channels to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory management of fleet light commercial vehicles, including order management, delivery, and retrieval, ensuring inventory levels and vehicle types align with market demands.
  • Determine appropriate pricing strategies for fleet sales based on market competition, costs, and profit objectives to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Manage negotiation and signing of fleet sales contracts, ensuring contract terms comply with legal regulations and company policies in collaboration with fleet companies and partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, although relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in fleet sales programme management within the automotive industry or related fields.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to conduct data analysis and report writing.
