Regional Sales Director

About the Role:

As a key member of the BYD Europe team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong partnerships with our Retailer Network. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of sales and supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive mutually profitable sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Retailer Partners at an individual level, ensuring a collaborative approach to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and drive Retailer sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing best practices across the network.
  • Manage wholesale ordering of new vehicles to ensure sufficient stock levels and rapid stock turn.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel within region of responsibility and internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
