About the Role

Cooper Lomaz is a leading recruitment agency in East Anglia, with over 35 years of experience and a reputation for success. We're currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a new role within our Norwich office.

This position involves working closely with our Marketing Lead to identify job opportunities, re-engage talented individuals, and generate new business leads. Your day-to-day activities will include reviewing candidate profiles, introducing clients via email, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme, quarterly business incentives, and a range of benefits including healthcare, dog-friendly office space, and free gym membership.
