Job Description
As a Strategic New Business Development Manager at Spencer - Richardson, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial property sectors, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets. This is an exciting time to join our team as we roll out strategic projects aimed at expanding our business.

About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, including colleagues in credit control, pricing, sales, and marketing, as well as customers and clients. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand market trends will be essential in identifying new opportunities and growing the client-base and sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships, adding value and driving growth
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including colleagues in credit control, pricing, sales, and marketing, as well as customers and clients
- Provide strategic relationship management to some of the largest customer accounts
- Keep abreast of market trends, clients' needs, and further potential opportunities for growth

About You
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in business development. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues. Adept at operating in a fast-paced environment, you should have a strong commercial acumen with financial literacy, understanding profitability, gross margins, and rebate structures. Experience selling into the public sector is desirable, and you should be flexible in your schedule and willing to travel when needed.

What We Offer
A base salary circa £70,000 + bonus based on revenue target + car allowance. Working in a highly supportive team and ongoing development opportunities within the group.
