As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead our efforts to accelerate sales growth across EMEA by cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders at agencies and brands. Your expertise in selling DSP platforms to Brands and Agencies will be invaluable in driving revenue growth within the digital advertising industry.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that identify market opportunities and drive business growth. Proficiency in sales CRM systems, ad tech, and analytics tools is essential for success.

Our competitive salary package includes €80,000 per annum, plus a performance-based commission structure. You will also enjoy an annual leave allowance, health insurance, skills training, and other benefits. In this role, you will:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Cultivate new revenue streams by engaging directly with Brands and their agencies.
  • Secure new ad agency and Brands leads for our Fanhub media activation platform.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers at advertising agencies and Brands direct.
  • Effectively manage your pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce and provide regular progress reports to the leadership team.
