About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Network Engineer to join our team at FluidOne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services to our clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure and systems remain fully operational.

Responsibilities:
  • Provisioning and supporting new services, including cloud-based solutions.
  • Monitoring and managing servers and network infrastructure for a client base of over 250 companies.
  • Managing and improving client network performance while ensuring security and compliance with best practices.
  • Acting as the escalation point for Priority 1 (P1) incidents involving servers and networks.

Requirements:
  • Solid experience in cloud network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure hardware, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Network configuration, troubleshooting, and automation via scripting.
  • Deep understanding of networking concepts, such as DNS, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6, VLANs, and VPNs.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions, including AWS and Azure.
  • Proficient in Linux server administration and SQL database management.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
