A dynamic and rapidly evolving organization in Camberley is seeking a seasoned Network Systems Specialist to drive innovation and efficiency within its IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing network performance, delivering exceptional IT support services to users across the organization, and playing a pivotal role in major upgrades to the core network infrastructure and cloud transformation.

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, accompanied by an attractive benefits package that includes 29 days holiday, BUPA Health and Wellbeing Cash Plan, a generous pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.

As a key member of the IT team, reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will be entrusted with:

  1. Providing top-notch second and third-line support to internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Effectively managing the helpdesk system, allocating tasks to technicians with precision.
  3. Installing, configuring, and maintaining cutting-edge IT equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Maintaining the network's integrity, including Wi-Fi and switch configurations.
  5. Proactively managing user access, ensuring seamless integration with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Azure platforms.
  6. Expertly managing firewall configurations (CISCO and HP) and server settings (Windows 2012 R2 and 2016).

To excel in this challenging role, candidates must possess extensive experience in similar positions, complemented by expertise in Office 365, SharePoint, virtual environments (VMWare and Hyper-V), printer solutions (Papercut MF), anti-virus solutions (Sophos), VOIP telephone systems, and CCTV and access control systems.
