A leading organisation in Camberley, Surrey seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. This role would be suitable for candidates with experience in IT Engineering, IT Support, Network Management, or similar fields.

This is a site-based position, offering a comprehensive benefits package including 29 days holiday, BUPA Health and Wellbeing Cash Plan, a generous pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.

As the Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for optimising network performance, delivering IT support services, and contributing to the delivery of major upgrades to the core network infrastructure and cloud transformation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to internal and external users.
  2. Managing the helpdesk system – allocating jobs to technicians.
  3. Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment.
  4. Maintaining the network including Wi-Fi and configuring switches.
  5. Managing user access including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Azure.
  6. Firewall management (CISCO and HP) and server configurations (Windows 2012 R2 and 2016).

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess skills in Office 365, SharePoint, Virtual environments (VMWare and Hyper-V), Printer solutions (Papercut MF), Anti-virus solutions including Sophos, VOIP telephone systems, and CCTV and access control systems.

The salary on offer is up to £47,500 per annum plus benefits package.
