Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Newton Blue, one of the leading healthcare software solutions companies in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to further develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role
- This is a hybrid office/home-based position, focusing on generating leads within the UK pharmacy sector.
- You will be responsible for cold calling and outreach, appointment setting, relationship building, reporting, and market research.
Your Skills and Experience
- You should have experience in a sales development or lead generation role, ideally within the software industry.
- A strong understanding of CRM software and other sales tools is essential.
- You should have excellent communication and call handling skills, with the ability to influence through persuasion.
- Motivation by delivering exceptional customer service is a must.
- Naturally confident and resilient individuals thrive in this role.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package ranging between £25-£32k dependent on experience, plus a bonus of up to £20k.

Additional Information
