Take on the Challenge as Business Development LeaderWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Leader to drive our sales strategy and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing business plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Salary: £80,000.00 per year

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support scalable ideas that enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments.
- Collaborate with our Marketing & Digital Strategy Director to ensure effective alignment and execution.
- Lead a high-performing sales team and provide coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements and Expectations
- Proven track record of delivering solid results in sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- A gifted communicator and confident negotiator.
