We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Leader to drive our sales strategy and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing business plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Job

  • Salary: £80,000.00 per year

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support scalable ideas that enhance the customer experience.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments.
  4. Collaborate with our Marketing & Digital Strategy Director to ensure effective alignment and execution.
  5. Lead a high-performing sales team and provide coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements and Expectations

  • Proven track record of delivering solid results in sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • A gifted communicator and confident negotiator.
