Business Development Manager

At TVS Supply Chain Solutions UK & Europe, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our business-winning team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering the end-to-end bid process and be comfortable with writing high-quality submissions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all stages of the bidding process, from identifying and tracking potential opportunities to applying our bid management process and tools to manage opportunities. They will also work closely with the commercial team to ensure pricing is completed on time and in line with the requirements.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, you will have the chance to progress your career and achieve high-impact results that make a difference to our business and customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of successfully managing the bid process and delivering large-scale, multi-million-pound bids and tenders. They will also possess excellent writing skills, project management skills, and strong relationship/influencing skills.
