We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights & Market Analysis Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing research designs, conducting data analysis, and synthesizing insights to inform business decisions.

About the Role:
  • Contract: Initial 11-month contract with potential for extension.
  • Location: Hybrid role, working on-site 3 days per week in Central London.
  • Estimated Salary: £46,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end research projects from design to delivery.
