Job Summary

We are seeking a Pensions Officer to join our growing and fast-paced Payroll team in central London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on pensions, particularly NHS Pensions, and ensuring compliance with best practice in general pension-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on pensions and retirement benefits, including NHS Pensions, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Advise on best practices in pension administration and management.
  • Process and manage employee pension data, including contributions and benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of pension benefits.
  • Liaise with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to resolve pension-related queries and issues.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or human resources.
  • Proven experience in pension administration and management, preferably within a private sector organisation with NHS pension scheme members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
