Certain Advantage is a leading provider of pension administration services, and we are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Expert to join our team in London.

About the Role

This is a 2-year contract position that offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute complex pension workflows, including retirement, divorce, and transfer cases.
  • Address member queries related to Lifetime and Annual Allowance, SSPP, and other pension issues.
  • Provide support to colleagues within the UK Trustee Services Unit (TSU).
  • Work collaboratively with teams in London and Krakow to deliver exceptional pension administration services.
Requirements
  • Advanced technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and UK pensions legislation.
  • Proven experience in processing and authorizing pension calculations.
  • A PMI pension administration qualification is preferred.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

This role involves managing four pension plans with approximately 45,000 members and overseeing annual pension payments totaling around £900 million. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
