Senior Pensions Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team in London, working on the administration of pension schemes for our clients. This is a 23-month contract position, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in London.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of senior pension administration experience and hold a PMI pension administration qualification or be working towards one. They should possess advanced technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and UK pensions legislation, as well as experience in processing and authorising pension calculations.

A strong understanding of pensions administration systems, preferably Compendia, is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent customer-focused skills and be able to deal with members effectively on the phone or in writing.

This role involves working closely with colleagues in the UK and Krakow to provide a comprehensive service to trustees, members, and companies managing pension schemes. The successful candidate will need to travel occasionally, primarily to Krakow.
