About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Specialist to join our dynamic administration team in Edinburgh or London Office.

Job Description

This role will involve delivering high-quality administration services and assisting members with various processes and queries. Key tasks include:

  • Maintaining and updating member records accurately.
  • Processing member events such as retirements, deaths, early leavers, transfers, and illustrative quotations.
  • Serving as a point of reference for technical issues and non-standard cases.
  • Escalating complex technical queries and issues to the Team Leader and technical support team members.
  • Providing a consistent and efficient service to internal and external clients/members.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in day-to-day pension administration, up-to-date knowledge of relevant pension legislation, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in pension administration, specifically working on DB, DC, and CARE pension arrangements.
  • Knowledge of pensions administration systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and internal stakeholders.
