About the Opportunity

As a Pension Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pension administration services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pension firm and contribute to driving the direction of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting and documenting Scheme Rules to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.
  • Developing processes to streamline pension administration and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with the Data Team to onboard data and with the Configuration Team to automate calculations.
  • Implementing products/services on our technology platform to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Delivering tools for successful calculation automation and data migration to meet client needs.
  • Supporting the resolution of client queries and issues to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with Implementation Consultants to achieve project goals through efficient task delivery.
  • Delivering end-user documents to support Operational readiness and day-to-day administration.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Pensions administration experience, particularly with Defined Benefit Pension Schemes, and strong knowledge of Scheme Rules.
  • Proven data analytical experience to drive informed decision-making.
  • Intermediate Excel skills to effectively manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Experience working with pensions and/or employee benefits administration processes/software.
  • Excellent communication skills to relay complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including company matched pension, life assurance, 15 weeks' fully paid maternity leave, and two weeks' paternity pay.
