Pension Administrator Role Overview
The National Church Institutions, comprising various teams, professions, and functions that support the mission and ministries of the Church of England, seeks a Pension Administrator to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting the work of The Church of England Pensions Board and assisting in the administration of pension schemes while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Answering phone inquiries to the pensions helpline and acting as a first point of contact for incoming emails and queries received from both pensions members and employers via the shared inbox.* Providing support to users of our pensions websites for members and employers.* Administration of new members into Schemes and updating records.* Calculating benefits on leaving, retirement, death, and transfer out/divorce.* Producing statements of contributions due and allocating contributions received.* Producing annual benefit statements for scheme members.* Carrying out the day-to-day administration of the voluntary contribution arrangements and transfers between AVC schemes.* Providing general support in the running of the Department and carrying out other duties as required.

What We Offer
* A salary of £33,382 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary.* We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.* 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days within 5 years) plus eight bank holidays and three additional days (pro-rated if working part-time).* Access to Occupational Health, and an Employee Assistance Programme.* Opportunity to apply for eligibility for an Eyecare voucher.* Opportunity to the Civil Service Sports & Social Club, and get involved in a range of staff networks, groups, and societies.
