Job Overview:
As a Digital Transformation Officer at Exalto Consulting, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency for our clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and processing industries.

We are offering a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong technical background, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful large-scale solutions, including CRM systems, WMS, financial systems, or HR platforms.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's technology strategy, ensuring our products meet the needs of current and future clients, and driving blue-sky thinking and developing solutions that are not only relevant today but are forward-looking, scalable, and adaptable to future industry developments and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Innovation: Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level technology solutions, ensuring that solutions are scalable, flexible, and future-proof, and are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Strategic Leadership: Work alongside our CTO to define the company's long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Vision: Take a holistic approach to understanding customer requirements across various sectors, ensuring that solutions not only address current needs but are adaptable to future trends in technology, regulatory changes, and market demands.
  • Industry Trends & Market Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in manufacturing, logistics, and processing industries, including emerging technologies like IoT, AI, automation, and cloud computing.
  • Future-Proof Product Roadmap: Play a key role in developing our product roadmap with a focus on long-term viability, ensuring that our products evolve in line with changing customer needs and future technological advancements.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise-level solutions, preferably within the manufacturing, processing, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sector.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with hands-on experience in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise integration.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the challenges, trends, and technologies shaping the manufacturing, logistics, and processing industries.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term planning, with experience in developing technology roadmaps and aligning product development with our vision and market needs.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach, exceptional communication skills, and experience in mentoring and guiding technical teams.
