About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leadership Position to oversee our frontend engineering team in Poland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the team's technical direction, mentoring engineers, and driving delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of frontend developers in Poland, including participation in recruitment processes, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Driving the development of the company's frontend capabilities, including expertise development, codebase improvement, and career growth systems.
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders, keeping hands-on code (react web development, bug-fixing, integration with API and CMS), conducting code reviews, and participating in delivery process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable technical field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology and workflow.
  • Experience managing teams, with skills in Agile team organization and delivery, coding, and stakeholder communication.
  • Very good English language skills (B2/C1 level) and average Polish language skills.
