Mental Health Services Lead

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and oversight to our Outreach and Recovery Team (ORT) serving Rhondda and Taff areas, ensuring high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of mental health services strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health care and rehabilitation.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the ORT team.
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is £95,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
