Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled and creative Mental Health Nurse to provide evidence-based care to individuals in the community.

The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Community Mental Health Team, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to meet the needs of people within their community. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessment, care, and treatment to clients referred to the Community Mental Health Team.

">

• Foster robust working relationships with partners in local authorities, primary care, and third sector organizations.

">

• Contribute to the development and improvement of community mental health services.

">

The post holder will need to hold a first-level qualification in mental health nursing, have excellent clinical knowledge, and experience in mental health, including the Mental Health Measure 2010. They will manage a caseload of patients with mental health issues, subject to CTP, and work under the leadership of a Band 7 Team Leader.

Estimated Salary: £39,600 per annum. This salary is based on the job requirements and the location in Wales, UK.
