Mental Health Recovery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Support patients with complex mental health needs in their journey towards recovery
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Foster a culture of hope, empowerment, and resilience among patients, families, and staff
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
* Relevant clinical experience in mental health nursing
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary Range:
£32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
