Nurse Position in Mental Health Recovery

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to fill a vital role in our mental health rehabilitation and recovery team, based in Abergavenny. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality care and support to patients with mental illness and/or personality disorders.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care and support to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Foster positive teamwork and collaboration within the team, promoting a supportive work environment.
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RGN) with valid NMC registration and eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a nurse in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
