About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adult Mental Health Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a seasoned professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality mental health services to adults across the region.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior medical staff, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver excellent patient care. You will also participate in the development and implementation of service plans, working closely with other stakeholders to promote effective collaboration and communication.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and their families. Your commitment to ongoing professional development will be essential in staying up-to-date with best practices and advancing the field of mental health.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult mental health, with experience in community psychiatric practice and training in core and specialist competencies. A medical qualification (MB BS or equivalent) is also required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
