Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist

Your World Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client's modern mental health treatment unit in Cardiff. As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs in a locked, specialized rehabilitation and recovery setting.

As a member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with experienced colleagues to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, promoting independence and progress for patients. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
* Relevant clinical experience
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary Range:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
